MathLib.logGamma()

MathLib.logGamma() calculates the inverse cotangent of a number. \[ \text{MathLib.logGamma}(x) = \log\left(\Gamma(x)\right) \]

Specification

MathLib.logGamma accepts one argument. Any additional arguments will be ignored. The type of the argument should be number. For other argument types see the unary function specification.
  1. MathLib.logGamma(NaN) = NaN
  2. MathLib.logGamma(+0) = ∞
  3. MathLib.logGamma(-0) = NaN
  4. MathLib.logGamma(+∞) = +0
  5. MathLib.logGamma(-∞) = NaN
  6. MathLib.logGamma(x) = NaN if x < 0
  7. otherwise MathLib.logGamma(x) = logarithm of the Gamma function applied to x.
