MathLib.arsinh()

MathLib.arsinh() calculates the inverse hyperbolic sine of a number. \[ \text{MathLib.arsinh}(x) = \operatorname{arsinh}(x) \]

Specification

MathLib.arsinh accepts one argument. Any additional arguments will be ignored. The type of the argument should be number. For other argument types see the unary function specification.
  1. MathLib.arsinh(NaN) = NaN
  2. MathLib.arsinh(+0) = +0
  3. MathLib.arsinh(-0) = -0
  4. MathLib.arsinh(+∞) = +∞
  5. MathLib.arsinh(-∞) = -∞
  6. otherwise MathLib.arsinh(x) = inverse hyperbolic sine of x
