MathLib.arcsch()

MathLib.arcsch() calculates the inverse hyperbolic cosecant of a number. \[ \text{MathLib.arcsch}(x) = \operatorname{arcsch}(x) \]

Specification

MathLib.arcsch accepts one argument. Any additional arguments will be ignored. The type of the argument should be number. For other argument types see the unary function specification.
  1. MathLib.arcsch(NaN) = NaN
  2. MathLib.arcsch(+0) = +∞
  3. MathLib.arcsch(-0) = -∞
  4. MathLib.arcsch(+∞) = +0
  5. MathLib.arcsch(-∞) = -0
  6. otherwise MathLib.arcsch(x) = inverse hyperbolic cosecant of x
